Precision Plus is a world-class manufacturing facility which is kept at a continuous 70 degree temperature, it is well lit, smoke free and clean. We have embraced “Green” practices and recycle all our oils, metals and mineral spirits.

We have a well-established group of sub-contractors for other production processes such as heat treating, plating and centerless grinding. These are organizations of character and integrity who understand quality and service.

Precision Plus offers inventory management programs for our customers, whereby we monitor inventory levels and ship finished components as needed.

Precision Plus plays an active role in our community in southern Wisconsin and supports many local programs. We also contribute towards research funding for the “Paul P. Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center” at the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Precision Plus is a leader in efforts of both awareness and championing manufacturing from the local and state levels to the halls of congress. In addition, we are a leader in educating the next generation on opportunities in this new landscape of high tech manufacturing jobs, and we put our time and money where our mouth is by investing in a robust internship program, building strong partnerships and in some cases providing equipment to educational institutions such as high schools, technical schools, and colleges.
